  The Pilates Room Studios have 6 locations that can be used with a single membership. This is a great benefit as it allows one to visit other locations that maybe closer to an errand or work for the day and it also gives one the opportunity to be exposed to other instructors. There was ample parking at the Eastlake Chula Vista location and there were various shops near the location. Jane was an excellent instructor that not only offered more and less advanced modifications, offered to instruct us on any requests, and made me break a sweat.

  This studio is great! I loved Melissa's class! She was very attentive. Tough class but totally worth it!

  This location is always super clean and I really enjoyed my class with Kristin. I love the energy she gives during the class and makes me want to be there; meanwhile the class also goes by so fast where I find myself wanting a longer class. I have done other workout classes before, but I absolutely have loved my class with Kristin the best. Thank you!

  I absolutely love both Kristin and Melissa. They both bring energy, light and love to their classes. They are both well educated in what they lead. I love how attentive they both are in encouraging each person who attends and even helping in making corrections where they need to be made. Love them both and what they do!!!!! Location is close to home, comfortable, clean, and welcoming!!
