Dr. Klaus was excellent with our pet. He is a very caring vet and I would highly recommend him. I would give them a five-star rating .
The office staff in Eastlake was also very nice.
The only thing I didn't like was the call center because they seem to have trouble speaking English and understanding what I was trying to tell them.
I really love this place allot. I brought in my kitties to get their shots. they are nice cats and they took amazing care of them. the facility was clean and the staff was super friendly. I'd recommend thrive to anyone. great prices too!
