“If you don’t have an appointment expect to wait for a while since this place is always packed. Even the people that have an appointment wait an extra 10-20mins. The staff is a bit uncaring but they are professional, well with my experience. If possible try to get an appointment or otherwise expect to wait. Overall my experience has been positive, I would only recommend this place if you are willing to wait or if you set up an appointment.”

“I just really wanted to write Dr Escobar a well deserved review! I was new to Kaiser and looking for a dr and picked her just by pure luck because she is the BEST dr I have ever been too! I have been in 2 times now and both times she was more then efficient, answered ALLLL my questions, gave me solutions, and NEVER made me feel rushed or she never seemed agitated like many other experiences I have ever had in the past elsewhere. “Not only did I love my eye exam but the customer service was far from exceptional . Verenice was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to provide the utmost customer care experience. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back for the beginning of my exam. I was also very satisfied with the exam and the doctor’s professionalism and the time he took to examine my vision . The optician Caro is very patient, nice and professional. She made some recommendations of frames that fit my face and although the decision was mine, I was happy to choose a frame she suggested and fortunately they fit my face perfectly. The options they had were many and I picked a beautiful Gucci frame. After about a week and a half later I was contacted that my glasses were ready. They accommodated me right away to pick them up. I received my glasses, case and cloth all very nicely packaged. have been coming to clear optometry for a couple of years and I have to say that the customer service experience has always been far from exceptional. All the ladies are vey nice! I highly recommend this optometrist to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Clear Vision Optometrist for a great experience every time .”
