(November 17, 2020, 4:27 pm)I did one of 3 free classes. Excellent place, unfortunately my back was hurting before i showed up for class which wasn't the smartest thing in the world. After my back feels better, i will definitely go back
(October 28, 2020, 6:29 pm)Flashback Crossfit is great! This gym is very accepting to all levels and all of the coaches are always prepared to support your fitness goals and keep you safe. I was a bit intimidated to start crossfit, but have been very pleased with my experience. This gym also has a great community feel. Finally, I highly recommend the kids crossfit classes. My kids love it and they are improving their strength, flexibility, agility and overall athleticism.
