With this being my second tattoo I was weary going in because of my first mishap tattoo by someone else and me having dark skin(African-American). Tommy came through though!! I gave him an idea of what I wanted, he added his artistic creativity to it and both collaborated well. Even with the few last minute changes I threw at him he had a great attitude throughout the process. Tommy is not on his scammer game.
