(May 17, 2020, 6:10 pm)I ordered from the website. I live in a different state and due to the pandemic, I could not travel to San Diego to be with my daughter on her Graduation day! The florist called me the next morning because he was out of stock of the celebration mug used in this arrangement. He made sure to find a better solution, one I didn't see online. We texted back and forth. He sent me a picture of the mug. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I told him I wanted it to be as beautiful and bright as my daughter! She was very happy and sent me a picture. It is better than the one I envisioned! Thank you! As an extra bonus this florist has great prices!
