The florist called me the next morning because he was out of stock of the celebration mug used in this arrangement. He made sure to find a better solution, one I didn't see online. We texted back and forth. He sent me a picture of the mug. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I told him I wanted it to be as beautiful and bright as my daughter! She was very happy and sent me a picture. It is better than the one I envisioned! Thank you! “They accidentally messed up my order today. However when I called they where extremely professional, not only did they replace my order, but they personally delivered it to my home when I explained my son was not feeling well and I just got home, and to top it all off they threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies. I understand how it is working in the food industry, accidents happen, orders get mixed up etc. However what does matter is the way these situations are resolved and for that I give this team 5 stars. Whoever was working today between noon and 130pm deserves a paid day off for their excellent customer service.
