  They did not have the load I wanted...at 10am they were sold out.....I did get a loaf of bread and we used it to make garlic bread and it was delicious...the staff was nice...the place was just deserted....clean..

  Marquel has made this location my favorite Panera Bread to dine in. Today was my second time served by him and I was compelled to share my appreciation for his politeness, kindness, and the spectacular service he provides to EVERY customer.

  Had a sandwich that my girlfriend didn't like, so the manager took it back and gave us a new one free of charge! Even threw in a free drink for her. Very kind staff and good food.

  They accidentally messed up my order today. However when I called they where extremely professional, not only did they replace my order, but they personally delivered it to my home when I explained my son was not feeling well and I just got home, and to top it all off they threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies. I understand how it is working in the food industry, accidents happen, orders get mixed up etc. However what does matter is the way these situations are resolved and for that I give this team 5 stars. Whoever was working today between noon and 130pm deserves a paid day off for their excellent customer service. Even the person who took my order at the drive through, who was extra happy and gave off nothing but positive vibes .Thank you for being so understanding, and taking the time to give subperve customer service.
