(October 4, 2022, 9:37 am)Very nice manufactured home park. Recently remodeled kitchen, and the main room the clubhouse is being remodeled currently. Grounds are well maintained.
(May 1, 2022, 12:44 pm)Have visited here twice and like the feel of the community. I cannot speak personally about management since I have not been here enough but definitely a nice looking community and friendly environment.
(August 13, 2019, 11:19 pm)It's a quiet community that caters to the young and old, Singles, Families, and the Elderly. The sparkling pool is inviting, and the recreation facilities enjoyable. There are probably 200 spaces in the MH Park. The rents depends on the type of space you rent. Wood Creek also has homes for sale but I don't know any info on that. It's a very nice place to live, they are pet friendly, to all those who have them but they do have restrictions on the breeds (I think it pretains to pitbulls) All in all it's a great place to live, with all the amenities to fill up your day!
