“My first time using Excel Services. I hired them to diagnose a heater that was not working. I was able to get a next day appointment. The service tech, Christian, arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, which was appreciated. After briefing him on the issue, he got to work. He located the problem (control board) and I approved the repair. Christian was able to locate a replacement part, and performed the repair. He also serviced the filters and screens. All of this was accomplished in under two hours. The system is working properly now. As for price and value, I have nothing to compare it against as Excel was the first company to come out. I did find the cost reasonable and am happy that my elderly Mom's house has heat once again. I appreciated Christian's promptness and professionalism. He is polite, knows his trade, is personable, and made the experience easy to follow step by step. I would not hesitate to hire Excel again for any future needs, and I would certainly request Christian as my service tech. Highly recommended.”

“I have had Thompson in to my home in Carlsbad to do repairs, assist when renovations where done, and to install new equipment (for 2 years now across HVAC, Plumbing, Duct work, and Furnace). Great company, excellent service, and quality workmanship. The team members (Garrett, Mark, Ty, Ignacio, Selina in the offices...the whole team really) are always super professional, polite, and helpful. Garrett and I have walked through maintenance issues, upgrades, replacement equipment, and survey work for my renovations. He gave time care and attention to the specific needs of my home and my family. There is never pressure to upsell, their prices are very competitive, and most importantly the quality of their work is top notch. For some difficult parts of the remodel they had to make custom ducting in several parts of the home; this was done quickly, efficiently, at a very competitive price. The workmanship, problem solving, and ability to work seamlessly with my GC and other trades on the job site was deeply appreciated. “From start to finish I am truly impressed with the level of customer service they provided. The salesman Chris was not pushy at all, gave the information, and was on his way because the product sells itself really. Anthony was our installer and I have to say he is an asset to the company. There were some issues with the installation because of my homes plumbing and he never got frustrated or made excuses. He only came up with solutions and always told me what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I can immediately tell the difference in my water and it is worth the investment. Even when I called and spoke to a receptionist they were happy and addressed my needs. Thank you for a pleasant experience despite the issues my home presented!
