“Come on Mike Vezie, that's not a fair review. It's the machine operator's job to keep up on maintenance such as keeping filters clean. $580 sounds like a cheap lesson. I think the folks at Stotz are great. I buy stuff here all the time. The techs and advisors spent 15 minutes helping me find some weird british tapered pipe thread fitting on a machine they don't even service. Didn't charge me a thing. And the tech gave me some fittings out of his box that he thought might work. They were genuinely interested in helping me sort my issues out. And George orders all my weird filters and parts. Folks at equipment places are generally so happy and helpful. Y'all must put something good in the water.”

“My first time using Excel Services. I hired them to diagnose a heater that was not working. I was able to get a next day appointment. The service tech, Christian, arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, which was appreciated. After briefing him on the issue, he got to work. He located the problem (control board) and I approved the repair. Christian was able to locate a replacement part, and performed the repair. He also serviced the filters and screens. All of this was accomplished in under two hours. The system is working properly now. As for price and value, I have nothing to compare it against as Excel was the first company to come out. I did find the cost reasonable and am happy that my elderly Mom's house has heat once again. I appreciated Christian's promptness and professionalism. He is polite, knows his trade, is personable, and made the experience easy to follow step by step. I would not hesitate to hire Excel again for any future needs, and I would certainly request Christian as my service tech. Highly recommended.”

“In May 2020 during this Covid 19 crisis I was experiencing extreme heart rates and Dr. Sawhney and his wonderful staff at Arch Health in Escondido, Ca. via excellent telephonic conferences, monitoring and phone calls .. determined that surgery was necessary in the hospital on May 20, 2020. Dr. Sawhney is very professional and experienced cardiologists. He was so kind and clearly explained matters in all our conversations and I knew I had the best Dr. for me. Dr. Sawhney and his entire cardiac surgical team treated me with compassion and respect as if I was a family member and they calmed me and reassured me they would take good care of me .. and they did. My surgery was a success and I feel so much healthier and happier than I have in over a year. Also there was not one bruise or mark or pain during the entire procedure or even now a few days later. You have a spare eye and a spare ear but you only get one heart and Dr. Sawhney healed mine. Thanks to all who took good care of me”
