I am looking to compete at a more Elite Level in OCR and this workshop was exactly what I needed. I am in the gym 6 days a week, but this class offered skill training in obstacles such as monkey bars, twister, carrys, running technique, Olympus etc. that you just don’t get time to practice unless your in a race. Not to mention OCR strategy tips from the coaches! Would recommend 10 outta 10. Bonus, the coaching staff was kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming to those who train and MROC or just come in for the short course.”
