“Nice hotel, good quiet location. Walking distance (5 minute) to a couple different restaurants, (taco shop, sports bar, pizza place). Pleasing views from top of a hill and plenty of parking. Clean rooms, polite professional staff. Free WiFi. Starbucks breakfast and coffee. Business center with printer in typical lobby. The outdoor lobby seating area was small but had tables, umbrellas, gas fireplaces and with the plants and trees was really pleasant.”

“The negative comments by David Tufillaro are retaliation. He was banned from entering the park by the management. Someone reporting his actions is the reason. This is a lovely park and the people are wonderful. There are so many fun events like breakfasts, pot lucks, karaoke, etc. Whenever I drive into our park it has such a resort feel with all the palm trees. We have 2 clubhouses with pool tables, shuffle board, swimming pools, and spas. There is nothing not to love. The ground is not wet as one person claimed. The rent control is amazing. Where else in California can you live for under $600 per month and that includes water and trash.”

“*Not an owner* I was a guest of an owner and know how the Wyndham works at the properties. You have to be short with them to avoid the presentation. Other than that, the north tower in which I stayed in was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I stayed in a 2 bedroom with view. It was amazing. The trains do pass and honk, so just be aware. There are plenty of places and watering holes nearby. I highly recommend this place before the property next door gets built.”
