Poway Pilates

If Pilates is your choice of exercise, then club Pilates is a perfect place to work out. The teachers are excellent and the studio is immaculate. Recently I had a confusion with my account and I was so pleased that the staff and Manager at club Pilates carefully reviewed the situation and solved it in a very kind and caring way.They truly stand by their word. This place has a very positive vibe and they really treat you like family.

Everyone is welcome; a comfortable place to workout without any judgement or negativity.

If you're looking for somewhere to practice pilates, this is your best choice. Customer service and quality is top notch. Definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I would definitely recommend! A variety of types of classes for different levels all taught by excellent instructors are offered. There is great attention to each individual to ensure we are all doing the exercises safely and adjustments made for your level of ability. Lots of encouragement (which I need!)

Poway Pilates has been great for me! Jennifer and her friendly staff of trainers has worked with me before and after a double hip replacement. They customized exercises and always made me feel very comfortable. They have been key to my recovery. I highly recommend this studio!
