(January 16, 2020, 11:19 pm)Happy New Year n Decade 2020! I’ve been a member for 4 years and I love going to this gym even if I’m a member in other gyms. Reasons:
1. Staff- Amanda mgr addresses equipment issues promptly- very friendly.
2, Personal Trainers: I see Erik n Angel anytime of the day highly motivating their trainees. Erik always greets members.
3. Cleanliness-tops
4 . Equipments- from the cardio, ,weights (free n resistance) readily available to members n able to workout at my own pace.
5 Group exercise classes- Mary Boyd Boudreau, Helen, Ame n those who substitute provide excellent aerobic classes. ( I Need to try the Yoga)
6. Making new friends n meeting previous ones.
6. Accessibility- of course! It’s Anytime Fitness Poway. !!!???? -

This is a great place! The personal trainer I've been working with is killer! Sawyer is super built, and extremely sweet, I've never felt more comfortable at a gym or with a trainer. I'm usually embarrassed and what not. Sawyer's just freaking nice!
It's obvious I'm already losing body fat! Yes! And look way stronger!
Seems like the meal plan has helped dramatically! All Plant Based!

They even have a class area with projector that you can choose from a variety of personal video exercises. Sawyer is the best personal trainer and you get a free 60 min. personal consult when you sign up! Showers, secured entry, water bottle fill, sanitation stations, EVERYTHING - very motivating space to be at!
