This studio’s location is convenient for me and i wasn’t sure what to expect after having been away for a while. Well, this place does not disappoint. The teachers are knowledge in helping me with alignment. in their instruction, they can talk me through making micro-adjustments myself. Everyone is positive, and encouraging and constantly validating that wherever you are in your practice is where you need to be that day! I’ve grown in just the few short weeks I’ve been attending.
