My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.
Its actually been quite a while since we asked Emerald to do some work on our house, but I just realized that I never provided them with a much deserved 5 star review. The work was pretty standard (installing new lighting, switching old fixtures in recessed lighting, installing a fan and an outdoor fixture), but due to the way our house had previously been wired, the job was a little bigger than it should have been. Regardless, the team was efficient, incredibly professional, and was able to complete all parts of the job at a fair price. Also, I have to say that this team was also made up of genuinely kind, good people. Without going into details, we had a totally unrelated problem come up around the house, and the Emerald team (we had three at the house, I think) all jumped in to help without a bit of hesitation, offering support and hands on assistance (while still wrapping up the job on time). So if you want good quality electric work done be really great people, go with them.

We recently bought an old home powered, in part, by extension cords running across the attic and with multiple electrical violations in the attic and main and sub panels as noted by the inspectors. We got multiple estimates from well-reviewed electricians, but the most thorough investigation and estimate came from Mark Hegarty at Emerald Pacific Electric. He saw all the problems and seemed to think the solutions could be easily accomplished in a day’s time. I appreciated his explanations and his confidence.
We scheduled Emerald Pacific to do the work and Mark and Sean arrived on the appointed day and time with everything they needed to get the job done. Everything agreed was done professionally and with a smile within the day, as promised. When Mark and Sean left, everything was in perfect working order, safe and spotless. They will be coming back to do a few additional electrical jobs that are of a less urgent nature and Emerald Pacific Electric will be the only electricians I will call in the future. If you insist on getting multiple estimates, do yourself a favor and make sure one of them is from Emerald Pacific Electric. These guys are great at what they do and a pleasure to work with!
