He has gotten me back to running by strengthening particular muscles and areas where I was having joint problems. He's in contact w/ me via text / cell phone too to keep me motivated and check in on my goals. He has created an online training community of people of various ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds that has led to new friends who I enjoy seeing and talking with regularly.
