I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but Andrew Hillier absolutely deserves one. Andrew really cares about you as an individual, he's extremely knowledgable, and he is very strategic in his plan. All this while being extremely gracious to top it off.

I reached out to Andrew on behalf of my 69-year-old mom who was let go from her job of 42 years due to her age She had no plans to retire anytime soon and isn't in a financial position to just stop working. Her company effectively singled her out for her age and told her she can no longer come into work because they feared of her possibly contracting COVID-19 and holding the company responsible.

I reached out to Andrew for help and to get some clarity on what her options were. Being that the company cited COVID-19 as the reasoning for letting my mom go, it was a relatively new topic of discussion.

Andrew spent over 3 hours speaking with me. He was incredibly detailed and I could tell that he was genuinely interested in my mom's situation. Sometimes, with other lawyers, you get the feeling that they are reading off of a script, but this is absolutely not the case with Andrew. I asked many questions and he was very thorough in answering them. Not only did he spend over 3 hours speaking with me on two different occasions, he also did a significant amount of research for us.

Andrew read through the long chain of emails between my mom's company's HR department and myself. Andrew then laid out a timetable of events and strategy for what we should do next as well as the risk and advantages of each strategic decision.
