Dr. Anthony Sanzone

I was fortunate to have Dr. Sanzone on call when I broke my humerus. He has helped me to heal and is a great surgeon. Staff is helpful as well.

I am an amputee below the knee on the right side. My prosthetic disconnected and I fell and broke my kneecap. I was referred to Dr Tony by the ER at Sharps. Even though I am Medi/Medi (Medicare/Medi-Cal) he was still willing to see me and perform the surgery required to get me walking again. When I went in for my last post-op followup he offered to be my Ortho of reference to help me get regular service on my prosthetic. I see the negative reviews here about the office staff and I have to say that was not my experience at all. Dr Sanzone is one of the best if not the best orthopedic surgeons in San Diego so his office is busy. But that said I never felt anything but caring and concern from everyone there.
