Dr. Moyer really came through for me tonight. My regular pharmacy had between Thursday and Sunday to tell me they didn't have my Scheduled medication in stock, so I had to send Dr. Moyer a panicked email on a Sunday afternoon to request cancellation and a script sent to a different pharmacy. I did not expect a response until Monday at the earliest, but he got my email and fulfilled my request within a few hours. I could not be more grateful!

Regarding the day-to-day: Dr. Moyer is flexible with hours/scheduling for appointments and is doing 100% telehealth right now via Google Duo. I was pleased with this, because I have unpredictable hours until around 6 or 7 some days, and I'm able to schedule an appointment with him without worrying if I'll be able to make it.

He's also responsive via email, which is a huge plus for someone like me who hates phone calls and would rather wait a day or two for an email response than talk to someone on the phone.

I think above all else, what made me want to give him 5 stars is that he is open to people who are advocates for their own mental health. Often, when I establish with a new physician, I am treated like a drug-seeker when I discuss what has worked for me and what has not. Dr. Moyer acknowledged my concerns and met me half-way in discussing my medications. This not only made me feel more comfortable with him, it also let me know that he is confident in his experience and education and not threatened by a patient having intimate knowledge of the science and pharmacology.
