I came into the store located off the 52 highway today (1/21/21) to buy a pair of trail running shoes. I was having trouble purchasing shoes online with my VIP account but both Peyton and Brian were able to help me out. Both Peyton and Brian went above and beyond to help me make my purchase. I left the store feeling very happy and I can't wait to come into the store again and buy more shoes in the near future. Great job guys!

Brian Ayala is a stellar young man! He works in the bargain store in back behind the retail location. He got me DIALED in short order with not one but two awesome pairs of running shoes! His product knowledge, masterful customer service skills and warm demeanor made this a WOW experience. Thanks to Brian, I’ll return to ROADRUNNER SPORTS again and again. Plus, ample parking, fair prices, amazing selection. Bravo ?, well done!

If I could give this store ten stars, I would. Recently moved here from FL and desperately needed new shoes that could take me from road to the newly discovered trails by my house. Ian was amazing. Made an appointment online to get fitted before the store even opened. He used a 3D something or other to give me custom inserts, which, WOW, as well being able to watch my gait and determine everything I did not know about my feet. I got a great new pair of shoes, custom inserts, socks, and some Honey Stinger Waffles. Ian took his time and made sure I was happy with everything. Went to check out and he told me about the VIP program that paid for itself after today's purchase. Will definitely be back and this is my go to running store now.

I worked with Danny P and he did a great job getting me find the right shoe for me. He was patient and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics. Very comfortable experience. We are a VIP family and really appreciated the additional military discount as well! Very satisfied.
