After five years of shopping at a local REI in San Diego, I still visit the store and its website frequently to look for gear for my hiking, backpacking, mountaineering and rock climbing hobbies. It's reassuring that I can almost always find what I need when I need.
(March 20, 2022, 3:10 pm)I buy 95 percent of my sport clothes and equipment. Prices are right , store employees are knowledgeable, great selection and variety of sport equipment. Don't forget, REI pays a yearly dividend to members. The amount of dividend is based on the amount you spend by year's end.
