“This Apartment Complex is Great, it is Quiet, Peaceful, Pet friendly and sometimes I hear kids outside playing and enjoying life, it reminds me of my childhood. I’m in the Military, so I guess everyone is complaining because they expect to have service like there living in $5,000/month Condos Lol. Someone is complaining because of people smoking weed, yeah I smell it on occasions, but this is California, it’s going to happen. Someone also gave a 1 Star for the whole complex because of their Dog getting bitten by other owners dogs, that shouldn’t be blamed on the apartments.”

“This place is awesome. I visit maybe every 1-2 months just to get my family's choir robes cleaned. The gentleman at the counter always remembers me and he's so easygoing. There is a 2-day turnaround but this week I forgot to bring it in the day before. He said to come in the following day at 5. My robes were ready at 4:50 and once he saw me parking he was already putting it up on the front hook for me. Definitely a great small business to support. And there's a Starbucks next door that is never crowded so you can get coffee/snack while you're there.”
