  So, I purchased a HUGE amount of these furniture 4+years ago. After a little over 3 years I had some issues that I emailed Babmar about.. initially they were not very accomodating but after speaking to the production control manager (I think his name is Ilya) he was amazing... he said "that of course they would stand behind their product" and after being VERY patient they arrived 6 weeks ago to our house. Thank you Babmar for truly being the customer service oriented company you are!!! I am recommending you to EVERYONE!!!

  We had excellent service at the Babmar showroom. Ilya was professional and accommodating in showing us all of our options and making the entire experience of purchasing our outdoor furniture a real pleasure. The product choices are all beautiful and it was a difficult choice as we loved numerous Babmar furniture lines. The quality is gorgeous. Thank you Babmar!

  We have enjoyed our Swing 46 sets for 7 years on the North San Mateo County coast. The frames and wicker are still like new while neighbors are having to replace their other brands due to deterioration. We have been taking our cushions in, when we remember, and only now have had to replace a few of our favorite pieces covers. The foam cores are also still like new.
  I would highly recommend Babmar for ease of purchase, price and quality.
  In fact, now in our new home, we are ordering new sets that better fit here.

  I can't say enough good things about Babmar. The quality and styling of the furniture is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Francois was extremely helpful and the owner David was a pleasure to deal with. They don't try and "sell" you at all ; the product sells itself. The fact that major hotel chains buy their products to me says a lot about the durability of their product. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know who needs outdoor furniture to Babmar.
