  Staff has integrity. I negotiated a deal and wanted to do additional research on a bedding system and was able to walk away and retain the deal for a future date. Kudos!

  Ashely one of the most wonderful store because they have a good customer service and the best furniture quality. One of the best employee called Ola ALrubeye who worked there helps me to choose my home furniture. She is very helpful. She spend a long time with me to explain about the furniture and to make me satisfy about what I am going to buy. Also, she give me a discount which is really a great deal. She is very smart because she know how to take care about her customers ,and she encourages me to come again and buy more. Thanks Ashely for hiring Ola.

  We used Lisa as our sales rep. She helped us out a lot even when we ran into some issues upon delivery. She helped us on her day off even and continued to make sure our purchase was correct and we where happy. Couch is very comfy and we love it. Will be back!

  I bought home and decided to buy furniture for it. It was my first time to go to Ashley store . Me and my son went to Ashley on 7770 Miramar Rd in San Diego. I found there a representative under the name of Ola (29A). she was so helpful, knowledgeable and she spent a lot of time with us to let me know what is inside the store and waht met my needs to buy to my new home. At the check out store manager Matthew Smith helped me too by giving me a good discount. I want to say to Ashley Store Manager thank you for having Ola there, without her help I could not be able to browse, find and buy everything to my home and for her being there definitely I will return to that store whenever I want to buy something and I recommend this store and her to all friends. Thanks again to Matthew and Ola.

  Amazing customer service! I had purchased a sofa two months ago. My bad was not sitting in it first. Bought it on looks alone. DO NOT DO THIS! It was so uncomfortable. Hard cushions and terrible neck support. I tried to make it work but was getting back and neck pain. I brought my full receipt in and spoke to manager Matt at Miramar location. He was so accommodating! I didn't need money back I just wanted credit towards another purchase. He said sure we can do that! ????
  
  He called sales associate Sonya to help me find a suitable couch. She was patient and kind and helped me find a great sofa at a really great deal! In closing, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture! Great prices, and for me more importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
