  Louie and Ruben hook it up here at Redwood not only that but their knowledge and customer service is by far the best in the area. I stay loyal here at Redwood.

  Great experience awesome customer's, Ruben set up Amazon prime and explained the benefits. I wasn't trying to go on the $60 plan but he explained it so clear with key points/benefits that it was a heck of a deal! Best part he transfer all my data to my new phone! Save me a headache! This store really does care about their customers! Great staff! 5 stars

  My experience was so great with Louie that it compelled me to post a review. I left a different location with no luck and felt misunderstood. The moment I told Louie my dilemma he immediately gave me positive feedback with the options needed to go ahead with a new phone as well as the best type of plan for my specific needs. This guy understands what he is doing and is eager to get you set up in the right direction!
