“Dr. Nina and her team provided a wonderful dental experience. She is highly competent and compassionate. From start to finish, everything was explained during the process. It's been a few years since I've had my cleaning and they found 2 cavities that needed to get filled, but they were so nice and chill about the whole thing and didn't make me feel embarrassed about it. Pricing was transparent, getting them to find my insurance was easy and they don't upsell you. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.”

“It's definitely not an understatement to say this place has not only changed my life, but has given me my life back. I had COVID in January and have had long-haul health problems ever since. I had severe pressure in my head, massive phlegm build up in my head and sinuses, extreme post-nasal drip, headaches, eye strain, blood vessel/nerve damage in the head, dizziness, and fatigue. On top of that, I was in a car accident. I've been doing sessions twice a week for a little over 2 months now and I can't believe the progress that's been made. The majority of my sessions have been with Dr. Rens and she's very attentive, kind (you'll always get a warm welcome and a few laughs :), genuinely thoughtful, and extremely skilled. She's always looked at the whole picture with my issues and the additional suggestions she made for me (stretches, different adjustment techniques for the back etc.) made all the difference. She's really great about educating you on what's causing XYZ and how things are connected in the body. All of my adjustments feel smooth as butter while also being invigorating enough to act as a deep tissue massage (in the areas I need it - my upper shoulder muscles). I went to Dr. Eyesun and Dr. Dr. Dickson a few times in the beginning of my treatment as well and they were both equally skilled and helpful. Overall, everyone in the office is extremely friendly, and I always appreciate how safe they are with COVID and all the things they do to keep everything sanitary. It's allowed me to feel relaxed and safe each time I go. I look forward to more visits (and more healing!) :)”

Cami helped me with booking, and was so so kind and courteous when in reality I was simply trying to book a class far before it even opened up for booking! Then going to the class was a challenging yet fun treat, that just emanated a studio-family vibe! The people that attend obviously do so regularly, and the instructors take care to give each class participant honest focus and thoughtful challenges. If you're on the fence I would absolutely go give it a try! They aren't pushy about sales, they just genuinely enjoy a fitness atmosphere and want to share it with anyone interested! 10/10 would recommend.”

“There are a lot of canned man haircuts possible, but Jenn at Pro barber will go out of her way to give you the haircut you want. She is caring, listens, and does a wonderful job!! Some advise... It's always best if you have a picture of the haircut you're looking for. They do have pictures you can select from....but that's not the easiest path to success. If you help her to help you --- you'll get the haircut you want! If you are looking for a 5 minute buzz cut --- I'm sure she can do it....but generally she doesn't rush it. “I first saw Dr. Padilla for a back injury. He diagnosed some disc degeneration and started a treatment plan. I walked in that first time stooped over and in pain.....2 treatments and I was 80% better. I now see him on occasion for maintenance. I also took my 85 year old mother (who was visiting SD)with serious back issues into his office. He gave her treatment for 2 weeks....and then found her a doctor near her home that would be able to continue treatment. That is going well above and beyond.”

“Hotel overall was nice. It seemed well-maintained which was a good first sign when checking. My room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked great. Pool was not too crowded and the hot tub was great. Parking is $15 to be in the garage or you can park on the surface lot for free. It's a good central location to the freeway and grocery stores and coffee shops you may want to use when traveling. I did not use room service or make any room requests, so I can't rate those experiences. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Poway.”

“I joined CoreBody Pilates Plus a year ago and am so glad I did. Since joining, I've seen positive changes in my body and overall well-being, it's definitely a workout I enjoy. The 45 minute classes give you a great workout in a short time, which I appreciate since I don't get much free time to work out. The instructors each have their own style and are truly amazing! I went to see Mike after about a year of struggling to recover from a disc bulge that was limiting my life.
