“I ordered online and they were really busy but my sandwiches were only 3 minutes late. Not bad. Previously, they were ready early. Good sandwiches, fresh ingredients, meat is not as processed as some other chains. Most of the cold sandwiches use Italian based meats. Hot sandwiches have more variety. Chip selection online is confusing. It appears they only have plain potato chips but in store, there's a lot more selection.”

“Always friendly, good quality food, I consider this place better than many chains of thai restaurants. I love their fresh springrolls, they're petite enough to bite into without making a mess, their veggies fresh, and the rice paper wrap is fresh too, not sticky/hard/old like at some places. Great for small and large groups, kids, and overall very accommodating. Service is fast, friendly. Highly recommend it!”

“Nowadays it feels like a lot of businesses do not fully understand how to, or care to, earn their customer base. This place is not one of those. Last night after a very long day of work my pregnant wife asked me to pick up Souplantation on my way home as she was having a craving. I got two to go boxes (didn't know they had those!) and when I got to the front of the line they said their card system was down. They told me to finish getting my food and come back when I was done to pay. Five minutes later I came back to pay but the system was still down. The manager, Jessica, came over to say the system should be coming back up soon. She could tell I was a little squirmy and asked if I was in a rush. I told her my pregnant wife was at home waiting for the food. She immediately told me to go home and come back and pay another day. Jessica, Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. I will always remember your location, and you, for helping me take care of my wife and unborn child. I'll see you soon to square up my tab and look forward to coming in a lot more often (with another mouth to feed soon). Oh yeah, forgot to mention the food was the best of any Souplantation I have ever been to. Keep up the great work guys, -Ben”
