The laser engraving is great, as expected.

What sets this apart, is how personable Nate is. Even making a call for inquiry (and not necessarily setting an appointment yet), Nate was able to remember our conversation later on to finalize what I wanted.

Pricing is absolutely reasonable, and his service is fantastic. I had intentions of this as a one off, but will probably see what else I have that I want to engrave.
