Ensuring the upkeep and safety of my vehicle is super easy at this dealership! I drove in, gave my keys to a service advisor, provided additional input on some issues had I noticed and before I knew it, my vehicle was serviced and washed. My issues were addressed and I’m a happy camper! Always greeted with a smile and having WiFi and refreshments available is a nice plus!

Friendly staff. Serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. Shuttle service took me home and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished. I was especially pleased with that service, as it was nice to not have to sit and wait for my vehicle to be done. I'm a mom of 7 and my time is very valuable. I was able to drop my vehicle off, they took me home, got things done around the house, and they picked me back up after my car was done and I was ready! Very pleased with Russ Darrow in West Bend, WI!!!
