(March 12, 2020, 1:01 pm)If you own a BMW, skip the dealership and bring your car here! Chris has always been very upfront with me, and I appreciate that. He's good about giving the cost for things upfront. He has also told me to skip repairs sometimes if they're not worth it. I had a car he could have kept limping along at a high price to myself, but he straight up told me to get a new car because it would save me money. I also really appreciate you can just walk in without an appointment for an oil change. As long as I own a BMW I will be taking it here!

I brought a car to him that I had purchased on one of the online dealers with a 7 day money-back guarantee. Chris took a thorough look and found things that I would never have seen, even on the vehicle's body! He strongly recommended that I return the vehicle and look elsewhere; I arranged to have the car returned the next day! He is honest, open, and describes issues in a way that makes it easy to understand. I will never purchase a vehicle without having him lay eyes on it, and he earned a customer for life for all of my future maintenance issues!
