“THE most honest auto mechanic I’ve ever met. Minh was so insightful about my car and took time to explain to me everything I had questions about as well as all of the work he was doing on my car. He showed me why I needed my transmission fluid replaced and walked me through a lot of other things he noticed with my car through inspection. Price was way better than the other mechanics. Lastly, he SHOWED me the bogus repairs that the dealer wanted to do on my car. He explained to me what my car REALLY needed and showed me how the other mechanics were trying to scam me. I can’t praise him enough. I had a great experience and literally never want to move from the area because I’ll never find an auto mechanic like him again.”

“STATE-OF-THE-ART testing equipment, cleanroom facilities, computer-generated test results, friendly, knowledgeable. Gave me a personal tour. I took five Bosch injectors in for testing. My Sprinter van was running fine, just a little diesel knock and clank. WOW! rebuilt, calibrated injectors make my engine purr like a kitten! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

Had them install the 3M crystalline on all sides windows with the 40% and opted for the crystalline 70% on windshield since the dashboard area gets hot during summer days. “If you own a BMW, skip the dealership and bring your car here! Chris has always been very upfront with me, and I appreciate that. He's good about giving the cost for things upfront. He has also told me to skip repairs sometimes if they're not worth it. I had a car he could have kept limping along at a high price to myself, but he straight up told me to get a new car because it would save me money. I also really appreciate you can just walk in without an appointment for an oil change. As long as I own a BMW I will be taking it here!”

“It’s not every day that you are pleasantly surprised by an auto mechanic. I am a shady tree mechanic, and I came to Polycare Automotive with some pretty strange requests. The guys at Polycare were genuinely interested in fixing the problem, and Jesus somehow talked me into it. The bottom line is that my car is now running as good as it ever has, and Polycare charged me a very reasonable fee for a really high quality repair. I don’t think that I have ever been so impressed by a mechanic.”
