“This is a quaint little park that is nicely shaded and offers a very nice playground for children. The grass is well maintained and is surrounded by small hilltop apartments. There are two covered concrete tables. It only offers an outhouse.”

“I came to Casa Vallecitos to check it out. I entered the lobby area and I spoke with a few of the tenants. They were very upbeat about the property. They said they knew several tenants that had lived there happily for 12, 15, 18 years. The folks I spoke to had been there a month and they were extremely happy. Erik showed me one of the units that were suitable for me. It was extremely clean, brand new carpet and brand new fridge. Interesting that the Apartment number was the exact same apartment # I had for 6 years and the same one I was moving from. Erik was professional and very knowledgeable. He promised to call me that afternoon if I was approved. His word was GOLD as he did in fact call me with the good news. After doing my due diligence on 55+ properties for a solid 12 months, I was very excited to sign a 13 month lease. Casa Vallecitos gets my highest recommendation and I look forward to many happy years there. ”
