Friendly Flooring

We are delighted to recommend Friendly Flooring! We received excellent service from our initial visit to the show room and through the subsequent weeks while the project was underway.
We were looking to replace various older flooring with vinyl plank. Our contractor, Tony, is so knowledgeable and hooked us up with a painting team and an electrician. The owner, Jason, stepped in to help wrap up the project and he was attentive and yes, friendly! The dated floors are gone, and now we have a sleek and modern looking home.
There were some hiccups in getting everything completely finished, due in part to scheduling conflicts between when the electrician completed a part of the job, resulting in the painting needing touch ups, and vice versa, where some paint got in electrical components and needed to be replaced. Jason worked with me to get these taken care of.
My only complaint was that you have to be on top of the little details yourself and advocate for perfection as the painter seemed more interested in doing things fast instead of carefully. This resulted in doing several things multiple times which wastes time. Some of this was undoubtedly due to our contractor getting sick midway through the job and there were miscommunications. It all worked out in the end.

Jason at Friendly Flooring and the entire team are great to work with. From everyone in the show room to Manny and his team installing the flooring, all were knowledgeable, professional and helped us immensely having not done a project like this before. Throughout the remodel everyone communicated well, were there when scheduled and finished on time! Most importantly, the floors look amazing. Jason even recommended a painter that was also easy to work with and the paint looks great.

My husband and I recently bought our very first home together and wanted to update it. After talking to many flooring companies we decided to go with Friendly Flooring and are SO happy we did! Jason is very responsive and has the best customer service and within just a week and a half they replaced 1600 sqft of old carpet and tile with new beautiful LVP. Friendly flooring also re-did our master bathroom with the most beautiful tile and we couldn’t be happier! The customer service with Friendly Flooring is hands down the best! They made sure to clean up after too which is something I appreciate. Thank you to Jason and Miles and all of the staff at Friendly Flooring for making our new home so beautiful!

My husband and I had our new floors installed a couple of years ago and we wanted the same flooring design to do some matching shelves and counters. Other companies (and the supplier) were unwilling to work with us to obtain the material. A friend suggested we try Friendly Flooring. Jason and Ryan were both very helpful and understood what we needed, and made it happen for us. We are very grateful for the great service and only regret one thing - that we didn't know about Friendly Flooring when we initially had our floors installed, because if we had - Friendly Flooring would have definitely had our business.
