If a products packaging is compromised he’ll make sure a new item is brought to the register in packaging that isn’t opened or broken. The store is always clean no matter what time I go their and have never seen a mess go I cleaned for longer I would expect.”

“Employees are generally pretty nice. Overall the care is good. The one drawback, however, is it is owned by a big corporation. As such, they can tend to overlook things in order to save money. This is an older property and needs some attention. As a case in point, there are about 170 residents here. There is very little outdoor space to speak of, just a few sad umbrellas, providing almost no shade -- and it gets HOT in Vista. The facility desperately needs to invest in purchasing updated outdoor furniture and canopies. Much of the shade is taken up by employees on their break - they should defer to the sickly patients who need fresh air! Also security here needs to be tightened up. There's no receptionist after 5 pm.”

We lived here a little over a year the staff are beyond sweet, maintance guy is also nice and always fixed our issues, our 2 bedroom was huge i loved how much space there was, prices are reasonable.Yes there are loud parties around the area on the weekends and i did see a roach once, pest company came, sprayed and if ur apartment is spotless you won't see them again. Let's face it every apartment complex you go to you will find something you don't like. But our family enjoyed our time here thank you for everything, Las Ventanas ????”
