“I have to say me and my boys really enjoy coming to this dental office despite the fact that it’s quite far from our place of residence, I do not mind making the trip at all. I originally came here because one of my sons had some really bad tooth pain. From the initial phone call to schedule his appointment through the completion of his visit, his experience was exceptional. His visit was with the Pediatric Dentist and the Dental Assistant he had that day was so patient with him and made him feel so comfortable he didn't even need me to step in at all to comfort him (A++). So from there I decided to change all of our dental offices and make this one our new dental home. Myself and my other sons had our first visit yesterday with the General Dentistry side of the house and can I say that we were 10 minutes late but still were still seen right away and not rushed at all. In the past if I was on time or late, I found that we waited anywhere from 20-40 minutes just to be seen and that doesn’t include the countless minutes you spend sitting in a room waiting for your exam. So far I we have not experienced that lengthy, dreadful waiting here. We all got our needs taken care of in a timely manner and everyone that assisted us that day were very knowledgeable, patience with my very energy filled boys and made sure our comfort was their top priority. I really liked the fact that the put us in rooms right next to each other that had glass windows were I can keep an eye on them. Another thing I want to point out is that the Doctor and the gentleman who completed our exams/cleanings educated me and the boys in a language that we could understand. My boys talked about what they said all the way home and even talked about it this morning after brushing their teeth saying they did what they learned yesterday. I have never left a dental office so satisfied and with my children laughing on the way out. I am not sure why this office has such a low rating maybe it was before this awesome team wasn’t there but me and my family have no complaints. Thanks Santee and Town for caring about the people you encounter in your office!!! Thanks for treating us like people and not an asset. Keep up the AMAZING work!!!”

“Had a very good experience here! Hands down would recommend. It may be a SLIGHT bit pricier than SOME (super cheap?) dentists but it's probably because they have all the equipment there already. You don't have to wait a week or more for your crown, they had mine made in their own machine in less than two hours! The machine is displayed in the back (not hidden) so I watched the whole process, it was really cool. I should probably say that my dentist was a young Asian woman with the most BEAUTIFUL teeth I have ever seen. She is the only one there I can recommend because she's the only one who has worked on me. She was gentle and very warm, I felt nothing but comfortable. They also tell you to come back if any problems arise as they will fix it for free. IMO this is worth any extra change, and much more.”
