“Bryan did an incredible job training our entire company this week! We were looking for a way to bring some fitness goals to life in our company, and Bryan was our perfect solution. He put together a focused and well-rounded workout for us. He knew when to push us, when to encourage us, and how to adjust things for varying levels. He adjusted each workout round to everyone perfectly, so no one felt like they couldn’t accomplish it. This was particularly impressive as we have everyone from VERY athletic to pregnant in our group, and everyone loved it. For a group that is usually very distracted and social, Bryan focused us in ways that frankly hasn’t been done before. I haven’t enjoyed a workout that much in a long time, and everyone concurred afterwards that “we have to do this weekly” with him now.
