I was assisted by Dakota, who was friendly and informative when explaining how the pre-testing machines worked, and helped me understand how they worked. She also helped me pick my lenses and shaped them for me to make them comfortable. Danny and Crystal also provided great input on my frames when I couldn't decide. This was my first visit to LensCrafters, and I loved that I could go to my appointment, pick out some frames, go get some lunch and my glasses are ready to be picked up! I'll probably be returning to look into contacts, but I enjoyed the selection of frames they offered as well. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience!”
