“I really enjoy this Yoga and Pilates class. I think it is good for everyone. I feel more centered and less stressed after every class. I love the fact the class stretches me out and also has a nice core and arm work out too. Mrs. Laura is a great teacher and very encouraging. She is really good about making every one feel welcome to all of her classes. The times she holds classes are fantastic for me and its very convenient to only have to bring yourself and water to class. Her prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend this class to everyone.”
