My son knows a LOT being the youngest of my three children and the teaches take time to make the lesson plans more challenging for him so that he continually learns new things. We really appreciate this beacuse its hard to find care where there is flexibility to attend my child's needs. “This was a responsible Macy's and I felt at ease shopping here during this pandemic unlike what I observed at the Macy's near Broadway in Chula Vista (employees didn't wear masks properly and don't try to sanitize counters between customers). Hand sanitizers are placed near the doors where you have to touch two sets of doors to get in and out (wish they had an automatic door so we don't have to handle so many doors) and around the register. Employees I observed wore masks properly. I also observed employees at this location spraying down and wiping the counter and credit card machine after every customer before helping the next person. Thank you for the measures you take and training employees properly to do everything you can to ensure a safe shopping and working experience for everyone during these difficult times.”

“Black Friday (Thanksgiving day, actually) review. They were giving out coupons to everyone who entered ($10 to $500 coupons, but everyone I spoke with, about 100 people, all got the $10 coupon, and no higher, so not sure there were actually higher values). The prices on what we went there were very good. The first line we stood in to purchase the items was the upstairs cashiers in the center of the store. There was a line, but they were FAST! I emphasize fast because... We then went downstairs to get a few more items. This was the SLOWEST checkout I have ever seen. The cashiers were just slow. Mind you, they were pleasant and helpful, just very slow. There were 8 people in front of us, and 45 minutes later, it was finally time to pay. Upstairs we waited about 3 minutes, and there was 6 in front of us there. So, just know this going in, and enjoy the conversations with everyone, since you will have plenty of time for it!!!”
