“We LOVE Noonan Family Swim School! My daughters have been taking swim lessons at Noonan since they were very young. My oldest daughter is learning how to do the butterfly and my youngest is a little fish, she can swim the length of the pool at 5 years old. The instructors are all very patient and kind, they make the kids feel at ease. The warm temperature of the pool also helps! I can not recommend Noonan more, you will not be disappointed!”

“Hannah has been the swim instructor for my kids at Floaties in Poway for the last couple of months and she is absolutely amazing! Prior to that my kids, ages 8 and 5, didn't look forward to going to lessons, and weren't retaining the skills. Since we have started with Hannah they LOVE going to their lesson. She is so sweet, connects with the kids, and teaches them in a way that is caring, and easy to understand. Thank you Hannah for teaching my kiddos how to be water safe and have fun! I chose the ukulele as my instrument and signed up for lessons at the San Marcos Leading Note. Susan S. was my instructor and all I can say is, she is a miracle worker! I went from not even knowing how to hold it, to actually being able to play songs! Susan is an excellent instructor with a good instinct on how to explain musical techniques to improve your playing skills. “When Lucas was about 4 we started exploring schools and since he had only been at home up until then, it was important to us that the adjustment is a positive experience. Miss Pennie was very kind and understanding and allowed us to bring Lucas on the playground several times and get used to his surroundings prior to joining full time. We still had a tough time with drop off but I will be forever grateful for all the patience and care he was shown in a busy school environment. He comes home all the time telling us what he's learned that day, all the friends he made and how much he loves his teachers. We absolutely love our time at Stars!”

“I absolutely love the dynamic and I have absolutely fell in love with Ivey Ranch. I am in the internship program and volunteer program twice a week and I wish I went there more. I love how everybody is so kind and caring! I love the way everyone is able to help one another. The horses are never neglected and are always priority. Along with the riders. Every time we need leaders or side walkers, there is usually someone there to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested. Thank you Ivey!!!!”

“Is the best school ever!!!!!! I have attended there for 6,7 and 8th grade and it was a blast. All my teachers cared for me and I felt like I was loved, like I had a family. Especially Mrs. Garcia, she cared about me physically and emotionally. She wanted me to get good grades and to go to college. She felt like a parent to me. The food is all right. The football players are the best from the district. The volleyball players are also the best even cross-country. This is a great school. I would love to come back again.”

“What fun place to learn how to sew! The atmosphere here is electric. Laura Price, the owner, really knows how to make learning to sew fun. They offer kids camps, after school programs, birthday parties, private lessons, and much more. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the experiences had here are definitely memorable. “My daughter went to this day care from the ages of 3-6yrs and she loved it. My child always spoke highly of her teachers and ALWAYS came home wanting to tell me all the things she's learned. Mrs. Debbie (the director) is perfect at what she does and once you meet her you can tell she has a heart for children. I was really bummed when we moved counties and I had to switch my daughters day care. I wish I could give an endless amount of stars ✨”

“Updating my original review: I wrote my original review below when my daughter was about 18 months old. She’s 4.5 now and still at Magic Carpet and I’m struggling so hard that the time is approaching where she will need to fly the nest to Kindergarten. What I said below rings true and then some. Leigh and David have been such instrumental figures in my daughter’s life and her education. She will leave Magic Carpet with huge shoes for any teacher to fill. An impossible task I’m sure and I wish she could stay forever. She’s fully ready for school thanks to Leigh. I’m just not ready for her to leave. The good part is, though, we have a 20 month old son who has also been so loved by Leigh and David at Magic Carpet for the last 14 months so we get to see them every day for a little while longer. He’s so happy there. I’m so thankful to this family, they are our extended family at this point and we owe so much to them for enriching our kids (and our) lives!!! ————— Aw we can’t say enough good things about Miss Leigh and Magic Carpet Daycare. Our daughter has been going there since January and we were so hesitant about starting daycare for her during a time of some pretty intense separation anxiety and never having been to a daycare before. Within a week she had totally settled in and now we struggle to get her to leave. It’s been the most wonderful next stage in her development and she lights up when we talk about daycare. She’s grown so much in her personality since attending and it’s been so wonderful to see. Miss Leigh is fabulous, we couldn’t have been more fortunate to find her. She loves our daughter so clearly and nurtures her growth so completely. I trust her implicitly and she’s amazing with all of the kids of all different ages. She had this thing nailed and I take my hat off to her for her ability to hold down routine and keep all the kids happy and entertained. Plus her family is incredible, her own kids interact with the daycare kids and parents like they are a part of the family and that’s exactly how it feels. Thanks again, Leigh and family. We’re thrilled that you’re a part of our lives.”
