“Did not expect such a gourmet chicken sandwich and was wildly impressed! The breading was perfectly crispy with the most tender, juicy meat, seasoned perfectly on a fantastic bun. I had the classic chicken sandwich, added their vinegar-base coleslaw per the hosts recommendation, pickles to boot! Hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had, and it's right here in my own back yard in La Mesa! The fries were perfect too, I love the thinner style (think McDonald's/In-N-Out thickness) but the seasoning is really what made it, absolutely wonderful. Also, I greatly appreciate a bar, sitting there was the perfect spot to enjoy a perfect meal with a few beers. Looking forward to returning!”

“The service was so excellent and view is beautiful. In the evening, the fountain dances and lights up in the middle of the lake. The food was savory, but the pesto was a bit of a disappointment. It is made with pistachio and arugula instead of basil which was less than satisfying. However, the scalloped were cooked beautifully. The lobster ravioli was creaming and surprisingly filling!”

“This used to be the old Enzo's location and my oh my, how much has changed. It doesn't even feel like the same space. One thing that always bugged me about the sit up (or sit in) counter was that the wall was too high. If you sit at the counter, you're basically staring at a wall. Consider add some small LCD screens? Or maybe the menu? Just a thought... Love the brightly colored menu with photos that makes selection far easier. We have only ordered the boba teas from here, which are excellent but I intend to try the food as well. They have everything from Tempura Shrimp to Crispy Tofu. I see a few rice bowls and noodle soup options as well.”

“Stopped into this hidden treasure in Normal Heights to buy a birthday gift and boy did I fall in LOVE with EVERYTHING. The shop has a cute aray of colors and Lee whom I assume is the owner was so AMAZING!! She explained the desserts, the ingredients, and offered us a sample. Her personality and spirit were definitely what you expect, especially since when you look at the art work on the walls and the vibe of the store. She was PERFECT!! She engaged with my 8yr old who acts 60yrs old talking about unicorns. Lee was nice enough to place the items I purchased which were the Cacao Now, Mustang Bar, Key Lime Mini Hug Cake, Triple Berry Mini Hug Cake, in a custom bag and She tied a bow on the top. Since it was a birthday gift it was PERFECT. Upon leaving the store Lee gave us the punch card for when we return. My sister in law who's vegetarian ABSOULUTLEY LOVED her desserts and said she will be checking it out in the future. Thanks Lee for your recommendations and for being an overall SWEETHEART..People miss the concept of being human and nice. If your looking for AMAZING vegan, gluten free, desserts THIS IS THE PLACE. I came in almost a year ago and there was this awesome manager and his name is slipping me...I had not been for awhile and then went and Odalys and Andrew were so super nice and answered all my questions that now I go to Panda a couple of times a week sometimes just to get a side because I have to watch what I eat.
