He answered all of our questions professionally, skillfully and unhurriedly, Gaston informed us that the front fascia is the only one that need to be replaced because the rest of the fascia are still good. But my husband wanted to have the fascia at the back to be replaced as well. Gaston was just thinking on how to lower our expenses.. it’s so considerate of him! Gaston & Jose had an open communication with us. They are both very nice, courteous and easy to talk to. Once the existing Shingles were removed, Jose was quick to let us know that there were extra woods to be replaced & how much it costs, for our approval. “Been in our home a little over 20 years. Recently we noticed a dry stain in the upstairs master bedroom. Searched Home Advisor & found Premier Roofing. Sergio (owner) had someone quickly to assess where the small leak was coming from (both fireplace chimney areas). The estimate was very fair so had his team over on 27 May. It was expected to take 2 days but Sergio's team of professionals (there were 3) got to work immediately & by 3PM we’re completely done. “Sandoval Roofing just completed the complete replacement of the roof on my house. The result was an good-looking new roof that will last a long time. It is also so attractive that several neighbors have complimented me on its appearance! This is the third job that Sandoval Roofing has done for me, and they have delivered again. The project was several months in planning due to a solar power installation subsequent to the roof install, but they arrived on the agreed day, on time and went right to work. The tear-off went smoothly and was finished on day one. I was surprised it went so quickly, as the house is not small and the roof is fairly steep. Their truck left for the disposal of the tear-off at the end of the first day. The job also involved removing an older solar hot water heater. Extensive flashing was replaced for five skylights, as well as the flashing of all the vents and chimneys. The flashing was all painted to match the roof color which made it practically invisible. The Sandoval employees were all incredibly polite and friendly and were a joy to have around. They worked well together, each seeming to know his job. There was very little chatter or other distractions during the work day. They arrived on-time each morning. They cleaned up at the end of each work day, so the place was clean and usable without debris everywhere. The entire job was completed in just four days. Ownership is also easy to deal with. Raymond Sandoval is an affable man and exudes friendliness and integrity. I trusted him from the first time he did work for me and that trust has proven to be well placed. He and his company have delivered what they promised and more. His employees also speak highly of the boss and it is clear they all like their jobs. I will definitely use Sandoval Roofing again! .”
