“Their service tech named Dillon recently installed slide out toppers for me in Quartzsite. I would have easily given 5 stars except that Dillon had to make an extra trip because the original fabric was cut incorrectly. Dillon had to re-order the fabric and this delayed the install 2 days. I don't think the error was his. I did watch Dillon take measurements of the slide out's depth before ordering, so I suspect the warehouse made the error cutting the fabric too short. If I'd had plans to travel this could have been pretty inconvenient. Dillon provided excellent service. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work and his work ethic. And I am very happy with the products that I purchased. I purchased the acrylic fabric and expect long service from these toppers. I will probably be purchasing other products from ShadePro in the future.”

“Amazing and impressive customer service. I live in the East Coast and I was trying to purchase an item for my daughter's birthday that was on sale and was not available for purchase online or in stock in any of the stores nearby from were I live. Therefore, I looked for the item in stores near Los Angeles, California (I have friends in the area that were willing to help pick up the item for me). This was the only store that had the item in stock. I called to inquire information regarding the amount of time that they could hold the item for and explained my situation. I initially spoke to Brad and he took the time to listen to all of my questions and address my concerns. He was very helpful in offering a solution that best fitted my needs. He said that he could speak to his manager Shawn in order to find a way to ship the item directly to me without going through so much trouble. I then spoke to Shawn, who was also very helpful and attentive. He helped me through the purchase process, he gathered my information for shipping purposes and sent me an email with the tracking information. I am currently waiting for my item to arrive and there I don't have any better words to explain how grateful I am for their help. If you need anything I am sure they will do their very best to ensure that you get all the help they can provide.”

“I like this store. I bought a few nice shirts and blouses which are pretty pricey elsewhere. You really don't have to wait for any sale to buy anything. But if you really want to save money you can shop on Tuesday because they have 10%discount on Tuesdays. It is pretty organized store. I like the one in Poway more than one in Mira Mesa.”
