“I needed a replacement part for a weed wacker I bought from Lowe’s 4-5 years ago. Sure enough the busy guy found a used one. Charged me $3 bucks. The young man had a good attitude, made me feel welcomed, didn’t mind stopping what he was repairing to find me a rare part for a carburetor. I appreciated that. I recommend coming here first before buying something new at Home Depot or Lowe’s.”

“I recently decided that I wanted to put together a PC for home use and a little gaming. I had put a PC together when I was a kid, but it had been a long time and I didn't feel 100% confident taking on the project by myself. Carlsbad Gaming PC's Computer Camp service was just what I was looking for! I was able to run the parts I wanted by Mark and even get some of the things that I had wanted directly from them at a good price. Technician Gray was a great teacher, and I could tell he has been working on and tinkering with electronics for a very long time. The PC we built was not just thrown together ASAP, the parts and build process were well thought out based on knowledge and experience. If you want assistance building a PC, or if you don't want to do any of that work yourself and just pay them to assemble your PC, these guys will take care of you. Thanks again Mark & Gray!”

“Great service, Demetrio is a good kid who enjoys his job and knows how to treat customers. Very knowledgeable and also not pushy at all. I needed a couple days to figure out if this was the car for me and I decided on a pre owned Mercedes. Finance was easy quick and laid back. Wonderful dealership will definitely buy from again if I am in the market for another BMW”

“April was really helpful!! I called ahead of time to make sure they have the item I was looking for, as well as confirm that the promotion, buy one get one free, they had online was available for in store. She went out of her way to check and confirm and even though the 2 item (for free) was not available she still helped me safe some money. Made my day! Thank you April!!”

“Updating my previous review: I have been using Mineral Spa for two years in a 300 gallon soft tub. It is a great product but it does require some maintenance. Water quality is excellent with no chlorine or other harsh chemicals as long as you keep your pH and alkalinity in range and your filter clean. Small amounts of potassium peroxymonosulafete (chlorine-free oxidizer also known as MPS shock) are necessary even if the spa is not used a lot. Even with the use of MPS shock, there has been absolutely no bleaching of the spa or swimsuits. This is a VERY mild water treatment system which is very easy on the skin and mucus membranes. It has no unpleasant smell whatsoever. I occasionally use baking soda to adjust PH and alkalinity. My hot tub has no water jets and very little plumbing so there are not a lot of places for bacteria to hide. The "massage" feature is driven by an air pump and a lot of small air jets in the liner. Aeration is excellent and I think this helps a lot. I test the water with MPS test strips (for MPS, PH and Alkalinity) every time I open the spa. I aerate the water for 15 minutes and skim the foam every time I add shock. MPS sometimes falls to near zero but I bring it back up to the high range when I shock once or twice a week. I forcefully wash the filter (and back-flush the pump) every 5 days and occasionally do a deep filter cleaning with Clorox Cleanup. We generally shower before using the spa. Following this routine I have had no problems with unpleasant odors though it is worth mentioning that we only use the spa from September through May. The spa is decommissioned and dried out in the Summer. I generally do not have to change the water for the 9 months that the spa is in use though I do compensate for evaporation and also add an additional 1/2 ounce of Mineral Spa every two weeks. I go through about a bottle and a half per year including startup. If you are having problems with you spa, call Clarity Water Products. Cal is truly an expert in his field and provides excellent customer service.”
