“Nixtermite was an excellent experience for our termite issues. Their field tech Hector was very professional in his evaluation and review of our needs. Our situation required a medium amount of wood repair and replacement that was explained to us and priced competitively. The fumigation and Subterranean services were set up by the Office team and executed in a timely manner even around the winter rains. Hector recommended the Tile replacement warranty for us , which should be recommended to anyone with clay tile. Their roofing techs came at the end of the job and replaced any broken tile and at the end of the project the roof, wood replacement, and fumigation was complete, on time and within budget. We recommend their services if it is necessary.”
