The ladies that work there are so charismatic and always remember us, even over the phone. We broke our glasses, sent part of them in for the warranty and they sent us new ones so quickly, no questions asked. Just recently I came in and asked for assistance in dealing with a manufacturing issue with a product they carry - but they had not sold to me. Tyler (one of the managers) not only helped answer my questions - she personally worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair completed. She went the extra step in maintaining communication with me and to keep me apprised of the steps along the way.
