“This is my favorite local surf shop! The hospitality and genuine love to spread the stoke is what I dig the most! I called like 30 min before shop closed and asked to see 2 boards. They had the ability to turn me away but they didn't! Loraine invited me down. I showed up right at close. Man I hate that feeling! Being the guy that shows up at close, they weren't even phased by it. I met Loraine and Justin when I entered. Justin was awesome! He got the boards laid out for me and allowed me to chose. He answered my few questions and gave some great advice on accessories. The shop was laid out really nice and there were a variety of accessories to choose from. I chose the Takayama In the Pink retro color over the red because of the dimensions. Justin guided me through getting everything I needed from extra side fins, board bag, car rack pads, tie downs and of course basecoat and wax! It prob took about 15 min for me to get in and out that's because of the awesome teamwork and hospitality they provide. I would recommend them to anyone to visit and shop local. “Jersey Mikes Subs inside Camp Pendleton Bases is the perfect spot for a quick bite while on base! First and foremost, this establishment has moved from its old location in the base to a new one. Previously, it was located nearby the gas station, now it is located inside the same building as the MCX. With that said, the store is exactly how you would expect. You enter, you order, you see your sub (or food being made), then you leave. Due to COVID, there is not dine-in capabilities but there are plenty of outdoor dining area just outside the MCX. This particular location really gives good portions for your orders. They do not try to shortchange you whenever you order bacon etc. Customer service is also decent, they are busy and they are obviously trying to serve you as fast as they can with a smile but over the service is decent. The prices are what you would normally expect from any other location, though I think since this is on the Camp Pendleton base, there is not tax upon payment. The parking lot is plentiful, even though it shares a parking lot with the MCX and other business nearby, but you will definitely have a parking spot. Overall, this location is pretty good! I am sure to return since it is convenient and delicious. Give it a try!”

“The flooring crew from C. Dalton just left my house and we couldn't be more pleased with the job they've done for us. Our concrete foundation was very uneven and unflat, requiring a tremendous amount of floor preparation in the form of leveling compound. The workers were courteous, respectful, skilled, and very professional. They definitely went the extra mile to attend to all of the small detail that make the difference on a job like this. I recommend C. Dalton to anyone in the area who wants their floors installed correctly.”

“Accessibility: there are accessible/handicap parking across from the entrance of the building as well as pick up for online orders...you have to download the Target app for this, type in your parking spot number, then someone will bring your items out to you. The parking lot to the front doors are all flat ground so need for a ramp there, then the doors are motion-activated and will open for you. Inside, this Target is two or three floors so they have both elevators and escalators. It is brightly lit inside and they have restrooms on the bottom floor, possibly all floors. Experience: this Target is a little smaller in selections than the other Target in Escondido but sometimes this one has stuff the other doesn't. This place has clothing, homegoods, skin care items, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen items, canned items, holiday things and more.”
