“I went in yesterday evening and was helped out by a gentleman named Ian (I am 98% sure that is his name, I'm so sorry if it isn't!). He was so perfectly helpful in every way possible. I have recently gained a TON of weight (around 70 pounds) and was looking for shoes that were right for me to start working out again starting this morning. I also wanted to "scurry in and out" without a lot of shenanigans because I am simply self conscious at this point with my weight and appearance. He asked me the right questions, was the perfect amount of friendly, was never "car salesy", and listened to my concerns and likes of shoes past to find me the absolute perfect pair of shoes for what my feet (and body) need at this stage in my working out. This morning I had my first work out, and am happy to say that it was a success. My feet were comfortable, no blisters starting on my achilles, no pain under where the laces tie, maintained a proper snug feel (no slipping around) and had the perfect amount of shock absorption without making me feel like I had Frankenstein block feet. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate it, and am happy to call JustRun my new shoe store!”
